Achievements with regions.

Link achievement to region:

When a player will enter a region it will get the achievement.

/achievement region bind <region> <achievement>

Unlink achievement from region:

The achievement will no longer connected with the region.

/achievement region unbind <region>

• This command will not delete the full achievement, it will only be unlinked from a region.
