To show your resourcepacks:

/resourcepack list

To get more info about a resourcepack:

/resourcepack info <name>

For the name, enter the name of the resource pack you want to know about.

To delete a resourcepack:

/resourcepack delete <name>

For the name, enter the name of the resource pack you want to get deleted.
